Pantera Mobile Privacy Policy

We collect and use certain personal data belonging to users who use the Pantera Mobile application. In doing so, we act as the controller of this data and are subject to the provisions of Federal Law No. 13,709/2018 (General Data Protection Law - LGPD).

Our main concern is to ensure the privacy and security of our users' personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect the information provided by you when using our application.

Information Collected when using Pantera Mobile:

a) Personal data explicitly provided by the user: To access Pantera Mobile, we request that you provide your name, email address, login, and password. This information is necessary to authenticate and protect your account.

b) Location Data: Pantera Mobile uses your device's geolocation to provide displacement visualization features on a map and for fire brigade management. Before accessing your location, we will ask for your permission. This location data will only be used for the purposes described in the application and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

c) Sensitive Data: We will not collect sensitive data from our users, as defined in Articles 11 and following of the Personal Data Protection Law. Therefore, no data will be collected regarding racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, union membership, or membership in a religious, philosophical, or political organization, health-related or sexual data, genetic or biometric data when linked to a natural person.

We use the information collected in Pantera Mobile for the following purposes

a) Authentication and Security: Personal identification information is used to authenticate your account and ensure the security of your data.

b) Displacement Visualization: Location data is used to provide displacement visualization features on a map, allowing you to track activities in the application.

Storage and Protection of Information

The information provided by you is stored on secure servers and protected by technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure.

Sharing of personal data with third parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties. However, we may do so to comply with any legal or regulatory determination or to comply with an order issued by a competent authority. In this case, we will only share essentially what is necessary to comply with the legal, regulatory determination, or order of the competent authority, which is expressly authorized by the User.

We reserve the right to modify these rules at any time, especially to adapt them to any changes made in our application, whether through the provision of new functionalities or the removal or modification of existing ones.
